With the Crumbies, just settling is not an option.

I would like to start by thanking the Crumbie’s, Paul and N'Marie.  Their passion, persistence, and dedication found us the perfect home.  It is not just a house, it is our home. Their knowledge of the Phoenix valley was immeasurable and extremely helpful.  They were able to find the exact location to fit our lifestyle.  We came from a small dairy/agriculture town and wanted to have the same country feel.  At the same time, still be close enough to the daily conveniences of the suburbs. After three months of searching, we found a home in Waddell.  It is a perfect fit.  In our search, I quickly understood we were in the peak of a seller’s market and were competing with several buyers at every house we showed an interest in.  I began to change my filters.  Essentially, “settling” by deleting options (i.e. RV access, pool, etc.) from my original plan.  Paul would have none of it and assured me we would find what we were looking for!!   From start to finish Paul and N'Marie were very professional, responsive and never gave up on our dream. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home in Arizona.

Have spent the last three days moving the kids into their new home! We are all exhausted, but in a wonderful way. The first night Bela spent there he sent me a text that said “Out swimming in my own pool. Victory!”  As parents I’m sure both of you can understand the joy that filled my heart with that text. The first house Bela’s dad and I ever bought was 3 bdrm/1 bath/900sq ft/ and I raised three kids there!!! The “Bales” (as we call them) are starting out at almost 2400 sq feet with a mother in law suite and 3 other bedrooms and bathrooms! Crazy, but wonderful.

There are just no words that could ever convey my appreciation for your dedication to my child. (and the crazy redhead)?

Tired, exhausted, and sore, but loving you all the while. And I know I speak for everyone.

Can’t wait for the housewarming!!!

I'm glad she's on my side

N’Marie was dedicated and seemed to work as if the house we were selling was actually hers, I always felt like she had our back. But don’t let that kind exterior fool you, she will push and shove if that’s what’s required, there were a couple of high stress times when she fired up and I thought to myself “Wow, I’m glad she’s on my side”.

She is friendly and polite, but never looses sight of being in the business of selling the home.

We would not have our new home if Paul and NMarie were not on top of this sale.  Paul toured the home and we made an offer from his recommendations.  If we had not moved on this home, we would have lost it as they had offers come in after we signed the contract.  We also were so impressed by how Paul got us everything we needed done in the contract we signed at a price that seemed really fair.  Both Joe and I highly recommend this wonderful team.  We are so impressed by their skills and talents finding us just the right home for us.
