Desert Ridge is a highly desirable area in North Scottsdale. Everyone defines the area differently, but we define the area as south of Jomax Rd, west of Scottsdale Rd, north of Shea Blvd and E of Tatum Blvd. The Loop 101 freeway and HWY 51 are both nearby, making the commute to surrounding areas a breeze. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Downtown Phoenix and Fashion Square Mall are all 30 minutes away or less.
