Best-Date-Night-Spots-For-Valentines-Day
Whether youāre looking for a romantic date night out with your significant other this Valentineās Day, or if you're avoiding the holiday entirely and plan on staying cozy on the couch, weāve got you covered!
Weāve put together our favorite romantic and fun things to do in Greater Phoenix with your significant other, best friend, or family.
Explore Art Museums
Phoenix Art Museum: They actually have a featured Valentine's Day programming each year, and continue to display several different exhibits year-round to explore. This year it's the Lovers/Skeptics which features a free screening of the cult classic and "one of the worst films ever made" The Room presented by FilmBar (no tickets required), a screening of Bolshoi Ballet in Cinema: Romeo and Juliet (tickets required), an adult scavenger hunt, photo booth and a cash bar.
The River of Time Museum: While they don't offer a special program for the holiday, there'll be a special "Meet the Artist" event, Just in time for Valentines' Day. Join jewelry artist extraordinaire Alene Geed of "Alene's Adornments" as she presents beautiful, one of a kind pieces. Alene is a master of copper and silver, adding gemstones to create wearable art.
Nightlife at Odysea in the Desert
If you and your significant other both love sea animals, then a trip to the Odysea Aquarium is the perfect activity for you both! Love is in the Sea this Valentineās as NightLife transforms for this romantic holiday.
Enjoy a 5-course strolling dinner, Live Music, āBirds and Bees Under the Seasā reproductive talks, Couples Angel Card readings and more!
Watch your Favorite team
Super Saturday is February 10 at Turf Paradise, where both families and couples can spend a day at the races as part of their Valentineās Day celebration. In addition to the action on the track, enjoy live music, a Kids Fun Park, and $3 bottled beer.
Super Saturday also includes stakes races: The $75,000 Phoenix Gold Cup, the $35,000 Turf Paradise Handicap, and the $35,000 Sun City Handicap.
Try A New Restaurant
What better time than Valentine's Day should you and your significant other (or family!) go outside your comfort zone and try out new food?
We recommend El Encanto in Fountain Hills, The Spaghetti Factory in Phoenix or Chandler, and the Cafe Monarch in Old Town Scottsdale - a fan favorite!
Ice Den Scottsdale
Ice skating is a great way to break the ice (pun intended) on a first date or enjoy a special evening with your special someone.
Grab some hot chocolate afterward to warm up, or head over to the 18-degree restaurant to continue Valentineās Day festivities.
